2026 Crafting Kombucha at Home: Flavoring your Kombucha

 

Join us October 21, 2026, from 6:30 - 8:00 PM for this exciting hands on workshop.

Participants will learn:

  • The fundamentals of kombucha fermentation
  • How to brew your first batch of kombucha
  • Ways to explore flavoring techniques to create delicious, customized blends
  • Proper SCOBY care, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Discover best practices for safe and successful fermentation.

Registration is $45.00 for 1 participant and 1 guest


Attendees will receive (per registration), the ingredients and equipment to create a 1st batch of Kombucha, understanding of the next steps at home, and handouts sharing best practices in creating this fun drink. In addition participants will receive a SCOBY, a half gallon jar to make Kombucha at home, and two 16oz. bottles of 2nd fermentation kombucha that they will flavor in class and take home.

Attendees should bring a box lined with a towel, big enough to hold a half  gallon jar to take home their first fermentation of Kombucha, 2 bottles of 2nd fermentation, and SCOBY.
