We are excited to have you join us in our hands-on workshop where you will learn the best practices for preserving by refrigeration. You will make and take a jar of refrigerator pickles and samples of several condiments made in class. Learn a variety of items that can be pickled! 

This workshop is presented by the UC Master Food Preservers of Madera, Fresno, and Merced counties. 

Please bring an apron, wear closed toe shoes, and have your hair tied back.
