Please complete the information below to pay for Sacramento County 4-H enrollment fees by credit card. Please note, no refunds will be offered for the 2026-2027 enrollment fees.

When mailing in a check payment, please include a list of members and/or adult volunteers that the payment covers as well as the club.

If you would like to request a scholarship, please do not complete this online payment form or mail in payment. Please contact fill out the Fee Waiver Request Survey.

As a reminder, all enrollment steps (Youth Enrollment/Adult Enrollment) must be complete before members and volunteers can be confirmed in the system.
