Low Sugar Jam Workshop

UC Master Food Preserver Tom Schrader will lead a workshop on making very low-sugar jam at home. In this "hands-on" event, you and a small team will each make a jar of mixed berry jam.

You'll make the jam in class and pick up on Monday, July 20.

The workshop is led by the UCCE Master Food Preservers of Humboldt/Del Norte Counties. Just to let you know, registration is required.

This is a hands-on workshop.

Thursday, July 16. 5:30–7:30 p.m.
UCCE Agriculture Building, 5630 South Broadway, Eureka

The fee is $25 per person.
Credit card only. So that you know, there are no refunds.

We have very limited spots for this workshop. Only 20 people will be able to sign up and attend.
