Canning Summer Salsa Workshop
Join us for a fun and delicious time as we show you how to use an atmospheric steam canner to preserve your summer tomatoes. No previous experience needed!
You will get to sample chips and salsa and take home a jar of salsa.
When: Saturday, August 22, 2026 from 10:30am to 12:00pm (Check-in begins at 10:20 am; class starts promptly at 10:30am.)
Fee: $25 (payable at the door by cash/check payable to UC Regents)
