Please read and follow the camp staff registration instructions carefully.


Hi Camp staff, your registration steps are a bit different than regular campers in the way that we handle your payments.  Please be sure to  complete all the steps below and payment will be by check. 


You will be considered registered when all the steps are completed/submitted.

Registration deadline is Friday, May 29th, 2026.


If you have multiple children attending camp, you will need to register them separately.

You will need to sign and upload the forms at the bottom of this registration survey. Please do not upload photos of the forms.  This video will guide you on how you can download and sign the pdf's on your iPhone or Android.  

If you are unable to upload the signed pdf's, you can email them to tnypham@ucanr.edu or please mail the forms to this address:

    Camp Registration Steps

    1. Complete Camp Registration by completing this Registration Survey. 
    2. Enroll in ZSuite (every camper must be enrolled in 2025-2026 program year in ZSuite to hold your spot for camp) - Do not create a new profile if you enrolled last year! Please log into your previous household profile with your username and password from last year.  If you can't remember- contact tnypham@ucanr.edu
    3. The 4-H Fee is $75 (if your child is not currently enrolled in the 2025-2026 program year - payment of 4-H fee is included in the camp registration).
    4. Sign and upload 4-H Camp Rules.
    5. Sign and upload YMCA San Francisco - Release & Waiver of Liability & Indemnity Agreement 
    6. Pay Camp Fees: These will be determined based on your selections in the next part of the survey. The prices you will see reflect the staff fees if you help in Cake Booth and the Holiday Craft Fair.  You will receive an additional discount (not shown on this survey) for attending the mandatory staff training with Sally & T'Nay.  Final amounts due should be confirmed with Allan and Jeff prior to making payment.  Please pay by check or money order. Make check payable to San Mateo County 4-H Camp, include youth staff(s) name in the memo.

If you are not able to upload signed 4-H Camp Rules and YMCA San Francisco - Release & Waiver of Liability & Indemnity Agreement, please mail the forms with your check payment.

Here are the fees (select the camp fee and 4-H fee. Your payment total will be shown in the next screen).

**The cost of Camp is $740/camper if you are already enrolled in 4-H. The below discounts are achieved by working Cake Booth and Craft Fair shifts throughout the program year.  Attending the mandatory Character Development Training with Sally & T'Nay will earn an increased discount towards your youth's registration. Final amounts due need to be discussed with Jeff and Allan prior to paying by check.**
