Celebrate Mother’s Day weekend creating yummy jam and fruit spread. Learn a new skill, spend time with your friends and family, get questions answered, take home your finished products (6-8 jars per registration). You will make strawberry jam plus one more jam or jelly that you choose.
Registration includes: ingredients, jars, resource material and use of UC Master Food Preserver equipment.
This is an in-person, hands-on workshop.
