2 Nights Lodging, meals, and t-shirt are included

$300. per youth

Chaperones may apply using the same registration.

(Chaperones must be voluntter approved & attend at no charge)

Financial aid waivers are available for Santa Clara County

Medical Treatment Authorization Forms

It is not required that you provide a paper Medical Treatment Authorization Form.

PLEASE DO check that your 4-H ZSuite profile is up to date and current with any changes in your medical information.

ZSuite online health forms will be printed and provided as a resource to the health officer for Leadership Overnight.

Your Participation Options:

Apply to be a delegate/participant for Leadership Overnight.
If you are applying as LON staff, please indicate your 1st choice position
4-H Adult Volunteers who are 25 years old and up may apply as a chaperone. Chaperones attend at no charge. Chaperones are limited to an 8/1 ratio and will be confirmed no later than March 6.

Youth Staff Requirements:

Must be 13+ and attend the in-person staff meeting scheduled prior to LON.

Staff Job Descriptions:

Photographer -

LON Photographers will be responsible for capturing photos throughout LON. They will also be called to help the county Ambassadors set up the dining hall before meals.

Recreation -

Recreation staff will be responsible for planning fun games/ activities to get participants moving in between speakers. They will also be called to help the county Ambassadors set up the dining hall before meals.

Cabin head -

Cabin heads will be the voice of authority in the cabins and be responsible for ensuring others in their cabin are behaving in a safe and respectful manner, according to the

Financial Assistance is available to Santa Clara County 4-H members:

(4-H Youth from counties outside Santa Clara County may consider checking with their county 4-H staff for Financial Aid.)

Santa Clara County Members, to receive an income based event fee waiver, you must also submit this form by March 1, 2026.

To determine eligibility for a reduction of the fee, please indicate if you qualify:

Monthly household cash income is at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty guidelines.

The family is experiencing temporary financial hardship due to parents' employment, illness, or family circumstances.
