To pay by check, do not complete this online form. Youth enrollment fee is $72.00 each. Adult Volunteer enrollment fee is $28.00 each.

IF YOU ARE A 4-H PARENT THAT IS NOT AN OFFICIAL 4-H VOLUNTEER, YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY FOR THE ADULT VOLUNTEER FEE.
Please note: Your 4-H enrollment will remain pending in ZSuite until all enrollment steps have been completed and we have received your fees and staff verifies all information.
