Monterey County 4-H online enrollment payment for 2025-26

4-H Youth Development - Madera County Welcome to 4-H! The 2025-2026 4-H youth enrollment fee is $95 per youth enrollment and $50 for adult volunteers. There is a credit card processing fee included in this 4-H registration.

In order to use this payment survey to pay your 2025-2026 4-H Youth Development Program fees for your enrollment in a Monterey County 4-H Club, you MUST:

1. Enroll/re-enroll using the Zsuites system at: https://4h.zsuite.org/

2. Have contacted the Club or Program that you plan to join.

Age Criteria to join: 9 to 18 years old.
Youth must be 9 years old on or before December 31, 2024. Youth may join as long as they are not 19 years old on or before December 31, 2025.

A limited number of clubs offer programming for Primary youth ages 5-8 years old. Please contact the club you are interested in to see if this is offered before paying.

Your annual membership will be active through June 30, 2026. Enrollment fees are not prorated for partial year enrollment and are non-refundable.

All enrollment fees are subject to a credit card processing fee.
