Adult volunteers- please note we have begun a process of screening to provide an optimal camp adult volunteer team. This may include an evaluation of your past efforts, interests, meeting attendance, comments by youth or other volunteers. The Camp directors will review these applications and you will receive notification of your acceptance.

Medical Treatment Authorization Forms

PLEASE DO check that your 4-H online profile is up to date and current with any changes in your medical information.

These online forms will be printed and provided as a resource to the health officer for 4-H Summer Camp.

You will be notified of all camp committee planning meetings. If you live in the area, we want you to attend.
