2025 - P-N-Y Livestock Disaster Access Pass Application - NEW

The University of California Cooperative Extension (UCCE) is assisting the Placer, Nevada, Sutter, and Yuba Agriculture Departments and other local agencies in establishing a program to provide access to commercial livestock operators within evacuation zones to care for livestock.
During times of restricted access caused by a natural disaster or other emergency, this registration may enable commercial livestock producers to feed, water, and medically treat livestock on commercial-scale operations.

UCCE is providing this 2025 Survey to streamline registration for the County Agriculture Departments.
All information in this survey will be provided to the appropriate County Agriculture Department for program administration, training registration, and pass approval.

If you have questions, please contact Andrea Warner, UCCE Livestock and Natural Resources Advisor, at alnwarner@ucanr.edu or (530)889-7385.
