Camper Registration

Please read and submit the needed information carefully. A 4-H Youth Treatment Authorization form must be filled out and uploaded to this registration at the bottom. (If you have difficulty, contact the 4-H office for another option)

Make check payable to Monterey County 4-H Camp and send to the 4-H office: 1432 Abbott St, Salinas, CA 93901.

Applications close after 100 spots have been filled and paid. Cost is $365 per child. Ask your club about a scholarship!

Applications added after the numbers have been met will be added to a waitlist and families will be notified if space becomes available

Summer Camper applications are handled on a first come, first serve basis. Payment of $365.00 must be received within one week of filling out this application along with a 4-H Medical treatment form https://4h.ucanr.edu/files/4726.pdf upload at the bottom of page. Make check payable to Monterey County 4-H Camp.

If your application is received after camp is full, you will be notified and added to a wait list.

Your 4-H enrollment MUST be "Active" in the 4HOnline enrollment system for your application to be considered. Incomplete enrollment status registrations will be returned to you by email as Incomplete.

Our camp is committed to providing a safe place for children. Please disclose all medications or medical needs your child has and be sure they have all at check in. Camp medical staff will review all camper registrations. You may recieve a phone call requesting additional information. Please initial here

4-H Camp is not a place for a "medication vacation" for your child. Campers who do not bring their medications will be sent home and no refund will be given. ✻

The 4-H Camp Committee is committed to the safety of the members who attend.

Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances may result in the camp being closed or evacuated. No refunds will be given to any family. Or, if the member is sent home for medical or behavioral reasons. We reccommend that parents do NOT leave town during camp. Please initial here
