Room Hosts, Clerks, and Evaluators play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition between presentation, making sure participants are not disturbed during each presentation and being runner between the presentation rooms and tally room. A room host, clerk and evaluator orientation will be provided directly before the event. Room hosts need to be 12 years or older. They are not required to be a participant.
