2024 Boiling Water Canning 101

 

This is an in-person demonstration where you will learn which foods can be safely preserved using the water canning method. This class will cover the boiling water canning process, including the selection of produce and preparation of jams, jellies, canned fruits, and tomatoes.

When: Wednesday, November 6, 2024, 6:30 till 8:00 PM

Fee: $10 payable before class below by credit card, or $15 at the door by cash or check (payable to UC Regents)
