Stanislaus County 4-H Enrollment Fees

Thank you for your interest in becoming a 4-H youth member or a 4-H adult volunteer. This survey is intended for 4-H Program Enrollment Fee Payment.

Enrollment Instructions
Payment is one step in 4-H enrollment. Please refer to the instructions below for the other steps. Your annual membership is valid until June 30 of the program year.

Pay by CREDIT CARD option: Complete the information below to pay for your 4-H Enrollment Fee(s) with a credit card, then you will be directed to a secure online system to enter your credit card information.

Pay by CHECK option: If you would like to pay by check instead, please make it payable to UC Regents and mail it to Stanislaus County 4-H, 3800 Cornucopia Way, Suite A, Modesto, CA 95358

Pay by CASH option: If you would like to pay by cash, please visit the Stanislaus County 4-H Office during business hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. (except on major holidays) Please ensure that you request a receipt as proof of payment.
