2024-2025 Tulare County 4-H Enrollment Fee Credit Card Payments

This survey is used to pay the $40 4-H youth member enrollment fee in Tulare County for the 2024-2025 4-H Youth Development Program year, July 1, 2024 - June 30 , 2025.

Prior to completing this survey to pay the enrollment fee, a youth must first be enrolled in a 4-H Club within Tulare County. Consult the Join 4-H page of the Tulare County 4-H website for information and enrollment instructions BEFORE enrolling and paying enrollment fees. Be sure to contact the Club Leader PRIOR to enrolling.

Supplemental Club fees, if applicable, are payable directly to your club using cash/check only.

The Tulare County 4-H youth member enrollment fee for the 2024-2025, program year (July 1, 2024 - June 30 , 2025) is $40 per member. The California 4-H enrollment fee is $67 per youth member and the Tulare County 4-H YDP is supplementing $27 for each youth member, in order to reduce the fee to $40 to be paid by each member in Tulare County.

Springville 4-H Club Members/Families ONLY -

If you are member of Springville 4-H Club, you will be paying $30 per youth member enrollment and the club will be paying the remaining $10 per youth member enrollment.

In the box next to this, type in the total payment amount ($30 per youth member, therefore 30, 60, 90, 120, etc) for all youth members in your family.

Fee Wavier/Reduction -

If you have completed the Request for 4-H Program Fee Wavier/Reduction form and you are requesting a fee reduction, enter your payment amount in the box or leave blank if a full waiver is being requested. *We ask that you pay as much of the CA 4-H State Program Fee of $24 for 2024-2025 program year that you can afford.
