For 4-H Program Year: July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025
Thank you for your interest in becoming a 4-H youth member or a 4-H adult volunteer. This survey is intended for payment of 4-H program enrollment fees.
Enrollment Instructions
Payment is a step in 4-H enrollment. Please refer to the instructions below for the other steps. Your annual membership is good until June 30, 2025
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Note: The 4-H Clubs below handle all payments themselves, so please contact the 4-H Club Leader and/or Volunteer Enrollment Coordinator (VEC) directly to arrange payment.
- Penngrove 4-H Club
- Green Valley 4-H Club
FOR ALL OTHER 4-H CLUBS
- Pay by CREDIT CARD: Fill in the information below to pay for your 4-H Enrollment with a credit card, on a secure online system.
- Pay by CHECK: If you would like to pay by check instead, please make payable to Sonoma County CCC and mail to: Attn: 4-H Enrollment, UCCE Sonoma 4-H, 133 Aviation Blvd, Ste 109, Santa Rosa, CA 95403.
- Pay with CASH: If you would like to pay by cash, please visit the UCCE Sonoma County 4-H Office during business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
- Request Fee Waiver (Complimentary): The 4-H Youth Development Program is open to participants, regardless of their ability to pay. To request a waiver or reduction of program enrollment fees, please submit your request in writing to the 4-H Club Leader and/or Volunteer Enrollment Coordinator.
