2024/2025 UCCE Mendocino County 4-H YDP YOUTH Enrollment Fee

Thank you for your interest in becoming a 4-H youth member and for enrolling in the 2024/2025 4-H Youth Development Program Mendocino County year!

The last step in the enrollment process is the enrollment youth fee payment. If you would like to pay for your youth enrollment fee via credit card, please fill out the information below.
This payment option is non-refundable.

We will notify the unit's Community Club Leader and Volunteer Enrollment Coordinator your enrollment fee credit card payment has been received for this program year.

Please note that the enrollment fee when paying by credit card is $69.50 instead of $67.00. This is to cover any credit card processing fees.

Please feel free to contact your 4-H unit's Community Club Leader and/or Volunteer Enrollment Coordinator to discuss other payment options. Some 4-H Units/Clubs offer check and cash options, while others may only accept a certain payment method.

2024/2025 4-H Youth enrollment fee is $67.00. There is a $2.50 service fee added per youth when paying by credit card. Total due: $69.50 per youth. The service fee is to cover any credit card processing fees. ✻
