Monterey County 4-H Summer Camp

Camper Registration 

Please read and submit the needed information carefully. A 4-H Youth Treatment Authorization form must be filled out and uploaded to this registration at the bottom.  (If you have difficulty, contact the 4-H office for another option) 

Make check payable to Monterey County 4-H Camp and send to  the 4-H office: 1432 Abbott St, Salinas, CA 93901.

Applications close after 100 spots have been filled and paid.  Cost is $350 per child. Ask your club about a scholarship!

Applications added after the numbers have been met will be added to a waitlist and families will be notified if space becomes available

Camper Dates:

Sunday, June 23 - Friday, June 28, 2024

Summer Camper applications are handled on a first come, first serve basis.  Payment of $350.00 must be received within one week of filling out this application along with a 4-H Medical treatment form https://4h.ucanr.edu/files/4726.pdf  upload at the bottom of page. Make check payable to Monterey County 4-H Camp.

If your application is received after camp is full, you will be notified and added to a wait list.  

Your 4-H enrollment MUST be "Active" in the 4HOnline enrollment system for your application to be considered.  Incomplete enrollment status registrations will be returned to you by email as Incomplete.
