July 20, 2024 Class Registration: Tomatoes/Salsas (in-person in Jackson)

 

What To Do With All Those Tomatoes!

Can!  Freeze!  Dry!  Salsa!  Sauce!  Relish!  Pickle!  Jam!

There is no limit to the preserving possibilities of these beautiful, delicious, nutritious fruit from your garden for use throughout the year.

Register for the Tomatoes/Salsas class below. 

When: Saturday, July 20, from 9 am to 12 Noon (Check-in begins at 8:45 am; class starts promptly at 9:00.)

Fee: $5 (payable at the door by cash/check payable to UC Regents)

Location: Amador County GSA Building, 12200-B Airport Road, Jackson

The UC Master Food Preserver program is open to everyone. We collect the following information to know if we are reaching all community members. This information is voluntary and will only be used for reporting purposes. The categories listed are those required by UC and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
