2024 4-H Camping Conference Registration Form

The 2024 California 4-H Camping Conference brings together adults and teen leaders who plan and administer 4-H Camping programs across the state. It's a weekend of hands-on training, networking, and learning experiences.

Conference Date: March 8-10, 2024

Conference Location: Redwood Glen, Loma Mar, CA

PAYING BY CARD

Select “Credit Card” as your payment method and choose the registration fee below for your track (with or without archery). Please do not enter any of your credit card information in this form. You will be taken to a separate page for credit card processing.

PAYING BY CHECK - as an Individual or Family

Checks must be received within 10 calendar days of registering for the conference.

PAYING BY CHECK - County Council or County Camping Committee

If you believe your registration fees are being covered via Check by your County Council or Camping Committee, please confirm with them ahead of time before filling out this registration.

Select “Check” as your payment method. County Councils and County Camping Committees should make checks payable to UC Regents and send to the address outlined in the above "Paying by Check" instructions.

Checks must be received within 10 calendar days of registering for the conference.

PAYING BY UC ACCOUNT

This option is only available to UC Employees. Select "UC Account" as your payment method and enter your DaFIS Account in the field below.

COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRATION

This option is only available to select individuals and is subject to approval. If you are eligible for Complimentary Registration, you will have been notified prior to registration. Select "Complimentary" as your payment method.

FEES

Please note, there are varying prices and payment options. If you sign up for archery, you will be charged an additional $35 for course material fees. If you sign up using a credit card, there will be a 4% fee added.

Refund Information

If you find you must cancel your event registration, full refunds can be issued until February 12^th, 2024 (minus the credit card processing fee which is non-refundable). No refunds will be issued after February 12^th. If you find are unable to attend after February 12^th, you may substitute another individual to fill your registered spot.
