This form will sign up your company as a sponsor. All individuals attending the field day must also register on the general registration form.
Sponsorship includes:
- Complimentary registrations
- Two for Gold
- One for Silver
- Your company name on posters displayed at the event
- This form must be completed by Friday, September 1 at 12:00pm for your company name to be included on the posters
- Opportunity to include materials in participants' meeting packets
- Any materials must be received by Friday, September 1 at 12:00pm in order to be included
- Recognition on the event website
- Upload your logo below to have it included on the website (otherwise only your company's name will be listed)
Sponsorship does NOT include table space at the event, however you are welcome to also sign up as an exhibitor.
