2023-2024 Tulare County 4-H Enrollment Fee Credit Card Payments

This survey is used to pay the $40 4-H youth member enrollment fee in Tulare County for the 2023-2024 4-H Youth Development Program year, July 1, 2023 - June 30 , 2023.

Prior to completing this survey to pay the enrollment fee, a youth must first be enrolled in a 4-H Club within Tulare County. Use the Tulare County 4-H Club List and contact the Club Leader regarding 4-H Enrollment and projects offered in their Club BEFORE enrolling and paying enrollment fees.

Supplemental Club fees, if applicable, are payable directly to your club using cash/check only.

The Tulare County 4-H youth member enrollment fee for the 2023-2024, program year (July 1, 2023 - June 30 , 2024) is $40 per member. The California 4-H enrollment fee is $67 per youth member and the Tulare County 4-H YDP is supplementing $27 for each youth member, in order to reduce the fee to $40 to be paid by each member in Tulare County.
