Strawberry Jam Time!

 

Strawberry season is here! Come join our San Joaquin Master Food Preservers on Saturday, May 20 from 9:00 am till noon (sign in at 8:30) as we learn about some of the many ways to preserve strawberries. We will be making both regular and low sugar strawberry jam for you to sample and take home.

The preservation processes we teach may be used with other high acid products such as jellies and pickles.

Class size will be 12 and cost $25

This class will be taking place at the Cabral Ag Center, 2101 E. Earhart Ave, Stockton 95206.

The UC Master Food Preserver program is open to everyone. We collect the following information to know if we are reaching all community members. This information is voluntary and will only be used for reporting purposes. The categories listed are those required by UC and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

$25.00 required charge
