2024 RIVERSIDE COUNTY 4-H HOME ARTS & FASHION REVUE

Tentative Schedule:

Fashion Revue: 8am-9am

Registration: 9am

Workshop Session 1: 9:15am-10:15am

Workshop Session 2: 10:20am-11:20am

Fashion Show & Awards: 11:30am

Dismissal: 12pm

 

Riverside County 4-H is planning a showcase & competition for our members and we are encouraging all county youth to enter and join us in Hemet on April 13, 2024. Registrations are due by April 5. Please complete one registration entry per participant.

Categories to enter: Arts & Crafts, Baked Goods, Home Arts, & Fashion Revue. Youth can enter multiple items, and in multiple categories. You do NOT need to be enrolled in a project to enter that category! (Except some Fashion Revue categories as noted in state guidelines). Questions? Email mvngexperience@aol.com

Entries

Youth may enter multiple categories, with a maximum of 5 entries per category. Some categories will be judged and others will be exhibit only, depending on the number of entries received. If you'd like to display something that doesn't fit the categories please note it at the end and we will advise you.

 

PLEASE NOTE that due to lack of volunteers there will NOT be a Fine Arts evaluation or exhibit this year, we're sorry for the inconvenience.

Workshops

In addition to entering items, everyone can attend workshop sessions during the day to learn new skills and have fun! Workshop choices are:

Cake Decorating - Flowers led by Kathy Montgomery, owner of Kathy's Cakes

Goat Milk Soap - led by Kim Toomey owner of Udderly Divine Soapery & 4-H Volunteer Kim Lanier

Polymer Clay Workshop - led by 4-H Volunteer Dawn Abrams
