UCCE Innovations in Vineyard Disease Management Seminar

Please note the location change from an earlier announcement.

The UC Cooperative Extension is offering a one-hour seminar to present information on innovative vineyard disease management strategies abroad.

A special guest is Dr. Kathleen Mackie-Haas, the Research Group Leader in Viticulture at Agroscope, Switzerland.

Attendees will learn about the innovative research work being done in Switzerland to improve the sustainability of their wine grape industry. Pinot Noir is the main variety grown in Switzerland, so the concepts and strategies that are being developed there may have considerable application to other cool climate regions.
