The following is general information for the 2022-23 Field Trips- Please check yes to show that you understand and agree.

The cost for the program is $5 per person (this includes youth, school staff, and parents) The minimum for a field trip session is $150 ✻

We are limited to 2 classrooms per day. Keep in mind that we may need to limit the number of parents attending depending on the size of your classrooms/number of students ✻

All participants must have a signed Waiver of Liability from the University of California. Waivers can be found here.

You can bring these waivers with you the day of the field trip. ✻

Teachers are also required to fill out the Youth Enrollment Form. This form can be turned in prior to the field trip and returned to scwills@ucanr.edu
