Enrollment Instructions
Payment is one step in 4-H enrollment. Please refer to the instructions below for the other steps. Your annual membership is valid until June 30 of the program year.
Pay by credit card option: Fill in the information below to pay for your 4-H Enrollment with a credit card, on a secure online system.
Pay by CHECK option: If you would like to pay by check instead, please make payable to UC Regents and mail to: Merced 4-H, 2145 Wardrobe Avenue, Merced, CA 95341.
Pay by CASH option: If you would like to pay by cash please visit the UCCE Merced County 4-H Office during business hours: Monday-Friday 8am to Noon and 1pm to 5pm.
Request Fee Waiver (Complimentary): The 4-H Youth Development Program is open to participants, regardless of their ability to pay. To request a waiver or reduction of program enrollment fees, please submit your request in writing to the 4-H Club Leader and/or Volunteer Enrollment Coordinator.
