Chaperone Eligibility

To be a Camp Chaperone, you must:

  • Be 25 years of age by December 31, 2023
  • Complete the enrollment process required to be a certified 4-H volunteer. If you are not currently enrolled as a 4-H volunteer and active in ZSuite, you must complete all of the NEW volunteer steps linked here.   

Camp Chaperone Application Process

  1. Complete the the chaperone Application and be selected.
  2. Complete the UC CA State 4-H Overnight Chaperone training
  3. Complete the online FirstAidWeb Inc Online Training  for First Aid and CPR.

All Adult Volunteers must adhere to the Adult Volunteer Code of Conduct.

 

2024 Summer 4-H Camp ADULT Chaperone Application

Please use this application to indicate your interest in participating

as an adult chaperone for the 2024 4-H Summer Camp. 

Applications must be submitted by May 15, 2024 and will be notified by May 20, 2024
