True Leaders in Equity Application
Want to be part of a National 4-H Project?
True Leaders in Equity is a project being carried out nationally in several states by youth and adult team partnerships. You can be part of creating social change in your community by helping us identify how we can be True Leaders in Equity in our 4-H Youth Development Program locally. 4-H Is looking for youth and adult leaders to serve on the Statewide True Leaders in Equity Teen Task force under the Multicultural, Equity and Community Engagement Advisory Committee. Youth and adults will collaborate on this project together and work towards leading change.
What will you be doing?
The 4-H True Leaders in Equity Teams will be assessing where they believe they can create the most impact and change in the upcoming year(s) in increasing and creating equity in our overall 4-H program and community. Teams will also be looking to create partnerships within 4-H and other organizations to help create access and equity in our 4-H programs across California.
