MG New Project Request Form

Please complete this form for approval on a NEW project PRIOR to volunteering for the project. First, please check to make sure the project is not already listed on the Volunteer Management System (VMS). Be sure to check all categories: CG, FMF, PRES, SCH, SE, and SH (CG = Community Garden, FMF= Farmers Markets & Fairs, PRES = Presentations, SCH = School Gardens, SE = Senior Gardens, SH = Shelter Gardens). If your project is not already listed, complete the form below.

The approval time for new project names is about five business days.
