When is Camp?
Campers Arrive: Sunday, June 7 between 3:00pm-4:00pm.
Campers Leave: Friday, June 12 after closing ceremonies.
Camper families will arrive at 4:30pm for the closing ceremonies. Please plan to stay until 6:15pm so your child can participate in this final camp activity.

Camper families are responsible for providing transportation to and from camp. We encourage carpooling! The camp location is approximately 30 minutes from downtown Napa.

Who Goes to Camp?
All Napa County youth are invited to participate. Campers need to be 9 years old by camp (June 7) in order to attend. Campers age 8 may be able to attend with a parent chaperone (must be approved prior to submitting an application).

What Will You Do At Camp?
The camp program provides learning experiences in nature, hiking, outdoor cooking, crafts, and many other activities. Youth will be taken through hands-on, engaging activity stations throughout the duration of the day. The purpose of the camp is to enjoy learning, respect and responsibility for others, the environment, and ourselves. Rules for acceptance and participation in the program are the same for everyone - the University of California Division of Agriculture & Natural Resources (UCANR) is an equal opportunity provider.

Please Note: A service fee will be charged for credit card transactions.

Existing 4-H member: $550 (already enrolled in a 4-H club)
New 4-H member: $625 (includes both the 4-H enrollment fee and the camp fee)

Registration Instructions
ALL steps must be completed by the deadline. Read all instructions carefully.

Step 1: Complete this online camper application (keep scrolling down the page!) and submit payment (online credit card payment or mailing in your check)
Step 2: Enroll in 4-H at https://4h.zsuite.org/. (must be done every year)
Please use Chrome or Firefox browsers when using ZSuite. The Safari web browser is not supported for the enrollment process.

Instructions for New 4-H Members:
Complete and submit a 4-H youth member enrollment application using these instructions. If you were enrolled in California 4-H after 2019 you already have a Household account - please do not create a new one! Once submitted, the youth member enrollment status will show as PENDING APPROVAL.
Instructions for Existing 4-H Members (currently enrolled):
No action needed.

Selection Process
Youth are selected as a camper for 4-H Camp on a first-come, first-served basis, with the exception of volunteer chaperone’s children being given priority registration. Reserving a cabin assignment on the Camper Application form does NOT guarantee acceptance into 4-H Camp; all steps outlined in the registration instructions must be completed to hold a camper spot, including submitting payment and enrolling in 4-H via the online ZSuite system. The Camp Registrar will provide assistance in notifying families of any incomplete steps in the process, but it is the family’s responsibility to ensure they have completed the full process. The Camp Registrar will notify campers of their official acceptance within one week after the registration deadline (or potentially sooner depending on when camp fills).

CELL PHONE POLICY

Campers are not allowed to bring cell phones to camp. In the event a camper brings a cell phone to camp, it will be put in a locked box and returned to the campers’ parents/guardians upon pickup from camp.

Registration Refund Policy: A full refund of camper fees will be issued upon receiving proper notification on or before May 15, 2026, IF the spot can be filled by another camper on the wait list. If the spot is unable to be filled, a refund of 50% of camper fees will be given. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. The 4-H enrollment fee may be eligible for a refund depending on processing timelines; a refund request will be submitted when applicable, but refunds are not guaranteed.

After May 15, 2026, no refunds will be issued.

Some exceptions to this policy may apply based on the following:

a). Camp registrar is notified by a parent or guardian that there has been a death in the family.

b). A medical doctor provides a written note to excuse the camper from camp for medical reasons.

Returned check policy: A $25.00 fee per returned check will be charged. After any returned check from you, we will only accept cash for future payments. ✻
