2026 Camper Registration for 4-H Camp (Tehama)

Tehama County 4-H Youth Camp - July 8-12, 2026


Camper applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications must be complete and received by 4:00 pm on Friday, March 27, 2026. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

A complete application packet consists of:

  1. Online Camper Registration for Camp 2026. 
  2. Approved Enrollment in the 4-H online enrollment system (ZSuite) or complete paper-enrollment forms. *If not already enrolled in the 2025-2026 4-H program year. Online enrollment or paper enrollment consists of:
  • *Enrollment Fee $33.50 (payable to “Tehama County 4-H Council” due to the 4-H office by APRIL 3rd at 5PM)
  • 4-H Youth enrollment forms with signatures
  • Youth Treatment Authorization/Medical Release & Health History Form
  • Parent Consent for Online Evaluation and Research Surveys
  • Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement
  • Enrollment Acknowledgement
  • 4-H Code of Conduct with signatures

  2. Electronic Device Policy

Camp Fees must be received by 4:00 pm on Friday, April 24, 2026

  • $110 (payable to “Tehama County 4-H Council”)
  • Families with multiple campers $100 for the second (2nd) camper | $90 for the third (3rd) and each additional camper.
  • Refunds are not available after May 15th, except in cases where a camper of the same gender and age is replaced.

At time of camp fee payment, additional forms must be completed.

Campers will need to enroll in ZSuite or complete the 4-H Enrollment Packet.

 ZSuite is our online enrollment system to sign up members and volunteers in 4-H.

*Please use the Chrome or Firefox browser to log in. 

All family members are grouped together in one family profile. 

If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian login to submit your medical release forms through the system.

Please use an email address that you will check regularly. This email will be used to confirm your enrollment and send communications to you.

Non-Prescription Medication at Tehama 4-H Camp 

Occasionally it is necessary to provide campers with non—prescription medications when they are at the camp. The medications listed below are kept in stock at camp for this purpose. Please do not send any of these items to the camp. Please check below to indicate you give permission for the listed medications to be administered by the Camp Nurse. We will not administer any medications without authorization. 

If your child will need to bring additional medications, you will need to complete the medication authorization form and bring it to camp. Please read and follow the medical instructions.

 Tehama County 4-H Youth Camp - Electronic Device Policy

Tehama County Camp aims to provide a unique and immersive experience that fosters interpersonal skills, independence, and personal growth among campers and teen staff. To align with these objectives, the use of cell phones and other electronic devices with Internet connectivity is not allowed at camp.
