2025-2026 NAPA COUNTY 4-H PROGRAM ENROLLMENT FEES

Thank you for your interest in becoming a 4-H youth member or a 4-H adult volunteer. This survey is intended for 4-H program enrollment fees.

Early Bird Special: 4-H Adult Volunteers who complete all enrollment requirements by October 1 will have their 2025-2026 4-H enrollment fee waived and do not need to pay the fee.

New Volunteer Orientation Special: NEW 4-H Adult Volunteers who attend the "New Volunteer Training" on Wednesday, October 8th from 6:00pm-9:00pm will be provided with FREE, on-site Live Scan service, dinner, be guided through completing the required New 4-H Adult Volunteer extension training course, AND will have their 2025-2026 4-H enrollment fee waived and do not need to pay the fee.

Enrollment Instructions
Payment is one step in 4-H enrollment. Please refer to the full enrollment instructions on our website at https://bit.ly/napa4h. Your annual membership is good until June 30 of the program year.

Request Fee Waiver: The 4-H Youth Development Program is open to participants, regardless of their ability to pay. To request a waiver or reduction of program enrollment fees, please submit your request in writing to the 4-H Office.
