C2P2 Partners Interest Survey

The California Conservation Planning Partnership (C2P2) represents a commitment of the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), California Association of Resource Conservation Districts (CARCD), California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA), and University of California Agriculture and Natural Resources (UC ANR) to work together to streamline services to improve the efficiency and ease with which land managers – including farmers, ranchers, and foresters – can get technical assistance to implement conservation practices.

Please complete this survey if you want to learn more about C2P2 and opportunities for involvement and to be added to our mailing list.
