2024/2025 UCCE Mendocino County 4-H YDP ADULT VOLUNTEER Enrollment Fee

Thank you for your interest in becoming a 4-H adult volunteer member and for enrolling in the 2024/2025 4-H Youth Development Program Mendocino County year!

The last step in the enrollment process is the adult volunteer enrollment fee payment. If you would like to pay for your adult volunteer enrollment fee via credit card, please fill out the information below.
This payment option is non-refundable.

We will notify the unit's Community Club Leader and Volunteer Enrollment Coordinator your enrollment fee credit card payment has been received for this program year.

Please note that the enrollment fee when paying by credit card is $30.50 instead of $28.00. This is to cover any credit card processing fees.

Please contact your 4-H unit's Community Club Leader and/or Volunteer Enrollment Coordinator to discuss if they will be paying for your enrollment fee before completing this payment option below.

2024/2025 4-H Adult Volunteer enrollment fee is $28.00. There is a $2.50 service fee added per youth when paying by credit card. Total due: $30.50 per adult volunteer. The service fee is to cover any credit card processing fees. ✻
