4-H COVID-19 Survey Acknowledgement: Placer County


All 4-H Leaders must acknowledge these revised COVID-19 guidelines for in-person 4-H meetings, activities, or events.

Face Mask Use:

  • Outdoor activities with youth and adults: No face masks required.
  • Indoor activities with youth and adults: Face masks required. o
  • Indoor activities with adults only: Face masks required for unvaccinated adults.

A Facility Use Request Survey online survey must be completed and submitted two weeks prior to the proposed meeting. Complete the Facility Use Request survey even if the meeting is hosted at the leader’s home

Please allow a MINIMUM of TWO WEEKS for the processing of any additional dates and times for existing insurance agreements. NEW agreements may take longer.

FOR EVENTS: A Facility Use Request online survey must be completed and submitted at least three weeks prior to the proposed EVENT.
